2024 BlinkerFluid x Selecta Natural Orange Styled Wine
Our First Orange-Styled Wine for Selecta
This special batch is a blend consisting of 1/3 Riesling and 2/3 Sauvignon Blanc.
Both varietals were picked and crushed together, undergoing a natural fermentation process with skin contact for 3 months before being transferred to a single oak barrel to age for an additional 8 months on lees, then racking straight to bottles.
Minimal Sulphur added at bottling.
All grapes were handpicked, crushed, bottled, and labeled by us.
This bottle is a collaboration with Jason, aka Blinkerfluid. Each label has been uniquely hand-drawn and curated by him, no two are the same.
“One of One”
Only 400 bottles have been produced, with half available online.
